(General Quality Management) GWTS is implementing a general quality management scheme to improve the standardisation and reliability of our service to our customers & clients. The GQM incorporates all aspects of company management from the way our staff conduct themselves in the workforce to the handling of documentation. This includes all report writing & handling of all documentation. The GQM system will allow us to be more proficient in the way we handle all work situations, which will speed up our services, whilst at the same time allowing us and our clients to get all reports and aspects of their projects on time and in an orderly fashion. It is our aim to provide our customers with precise & concise information on their products at all times.
GQM doesn’t just stop at the work site. It also needs to be implemented in the office, this will entail that all record keeping and correct documentation be handled in a correct and efficient manner. Standardisation is an integral part of business, without it, items can become complicated and messy, GWTS’s GQM system will stop this from happening.
In following the trend of GQM, GWTS has developed a Quality Process Planning system, This entails the tracking of manufacturing and all its processes. Unlike project manager programs, this allows inspectors and project managers to keep track of all aspects of work being performed from workshop levels, From the cutting of raw materials to the finished single part items that make up a complete project, it allows the making of reports from a simple task as pressing a button, these reports are created from every day tracking and comment making whilst inspecting. This system has been in the making for several years to ensure the final product will do what it is intended for, making it easy to keep track of the actual project from start to finish.
